How It Works
Upper Roll Universal Precision Bending
- Clamping: The Upper Roll moves vertically to grip the plate securely against two fixed bottom rollers.
- Horizontal Pre-Bending: The Upper Roll shifts horizontally to the edge of the plate, performing precision pre-bending on both ends without flipping the plate.
- Rolling & Forming: The bottom rolls provide the drive while the Upper Roll’s position determines the radius, easily forming cylinders, cones, or U-shapes.
- Hydraulic Discharge: Once formed, the hydraulic drop-end opens for fast and safe removal of the finished part.
Optional Hydraulic Lateral Side Supports
Prevent Plate Sagging: Supports wide or thin sheets from both sides to eliminate gravity-induced drooping and deformation.
Superior Alignment: Ensures the plate remains perfectly parallel to the rollers for high-accuracy results on every roll.
